Dr. Suelane Sousa do Ouro is an Attending physician in the Pain Division of the Department of Pain Medicine and Palliative Care and the Associate Director of the Pain Fellowship in the Department of Pain Medicine and Palliative Care. She holds a faculty appointment as Associate Clinical Professor, Department of Anesthesiology, Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. DoOuro was trained as a Surgeon and Anesthesiologist, and has advanced training in pain medicine. With her unusual combination of surgical skills and pain management expertise, she is highly qualified to treat complex pain syndromes in patient populations with all types of chronic pain, including cancer pain.
